Neck range of motion and testing.

Interface disassembly:
You need to press down on the edge of the circle and push it upwards while removing it.
Pulling the head directly with force will cause the interface parts to fall off.
Tilting the head forward exposes the gap at the back of the neck, making disassembly easier.

Use a flat, long, hard tool to press down on the connector inside the head; for example, you can use the top of a nail clipper. Note that its interface installation position is the opposite of LingMo's products; the pressure plate is inside the head, not inside the neck.

Do not pull the head upwards directly, as this will pull out the connector inside the head.
