The general process for making a silicone doll: Original artwork reference. Digital modeling and adjustments. Printing a resin model. Potentially requiring a return to the Digital modeling for further adjustments. Using the resin model to create a mold. Using the mold, metal skeleton, channel metal rods, and pouring base-color liquid silicone to create the silicone doll. Waiting for the liquid silicone to solidify. Spray painting specific areas. Installing plastic eyes. Packing.

Figures are fragile. Bumps and knocks are inevitable during long-distance transport. Return shipping costs are high, and Chinese customs are unlikely to allow import. For broken parts, we recommend you repair them yourself with glue. We can compensate you for the glue. Therefore, we recommend this product to those who are handy.

We recommend registering an email account before placing an order. This will allow you to link your order to your account and view it on your website account page.

For pre-ordered products, I will generally contact you to confirm the address before shipping. For in-stock products, I may ship them directly after production is completed.

Products weighing over 10 kg are shipped by sea by default. Products weighing under 5 kg are shipped by air by default. If you would like to choose a different shipping method, please specify in the order notes or contact me directly via Discord or email. Please also tell me the product you want, the country, and the postal code.

Shipping time. For example, in the United States, air freight takes 3 to 4 weeks, while sea freight takes 1 to 2 months. In Europe, air freight takes 3 to 4 weeks, while sea freight takes 2 to 3 months. Generally, air freight costs 2 to 3 times more than sea freight. Some countries only offer air freight as an option.

The shipping deposit we collected earlier was only our estimated minimum amount. In fact, the final shipping cost charged by the logistics company will be higher. I will inform you that you need to pay the difference. Based on the logistics company’s charges, we may require you to pay the difference between the actual shipping cost and the shipping deposit. The logistics company will continue preparing your shipment after payment is received. If the delay is too long, then I’m afraid I may have to prioritize other customers’ orders due to warehouse fees. Please reply promptly.

After your order is shipped, we will send you an email notification with the tracking number using our API plugin. Please remember to check your email and spam/junk folder.

Sea freight typically doesn’t have tracking updates for the first month because it’s at sea. The local delivery provider hasn’t received it yet. It needs to be shipped to the port, unloaded from the ship, and cleared through customs. Once it arrives at the local logistics warehouse, the tracking information will be updated.

Air freight tracking numbers typically consist of an initial tracking number provided by the service provider in the country of origin and a transfer tracking number provided by the service provider in the country of destination. For example, tracking numbers starting with “ZC” from China Post are generally not the final delivery tracking number. Once the package arrives at the local delivery warehouse, it will be changed to the local delivery provider’s tracking number. If you want to know the final delivery service provider and tracking number, contact me after the package arrives in the country of destination, and I will check with the logistics company.

Sometimes customs will intercept packages and request information from us. We will notify you via email or Discord message. There will be no compensation if your delayed response causes delays, or if the package is returned or destroyed by customs.

Please check your shipping status regularly. Once your package is delivered to your address or a nearby post office, please receive it promptly to avoid theft or incorrect delivery. It will usually be placed at your front door. We are not responsible for any losses incurred due to your failure to receive your package in a timely manner.
Ideally, you should also tell me via Discord or email after receiving your order to confirm receipt. This will help me accumulate experience in successfully shipping your order in the future.

If it’s a post office or other pickup point, they usually hold the package for 7 days. Remember to pick it up promptly, otherwise it may be returned to customs. Sometimes, if you’re lucky, you can apply for a local logistics provider to redeliver it, but this will incur an additional fee.

For pre-orders, please contact me via Discord or email to express your desire for a refund and a brief reason. I will confirm with you whether to cancel the order. After your confirmation, I will generally process the refund within a week. The refund will be returned to the original payment address. Please note that for orders paid via PayPal, if more than 6 months have passed, we can only process the refund via paypal transfer. You will be responsible for the round-trip PayPal transaction fee, which is approximately 9% of the total amount = (4.5% + (1 – 4.5%) * 4.5%).

Used products cannot be returned.

Returning items is difficult. First, you’ll need to pay hefty shipping costs. Then, Chinese customs generally won’t allow them to pass through. Therefore, returning items is not recommended.

What if my package is lost in transit? If the package is lost en route and it’s the carrier’s fault, we can resend one to you.

How is compensation handled for damage caused during shipping? Remember to keep a video of the unpacking. We can negotiate with you to provide monetary compensation.

If the product is damaged after use. We will contact the factory. If it is indeed due to a product quality issue, we can negotiate monetary compensation with you.

The Silicone Use, Cleaning, and Maintenance

Use

Thoroughly clean with soap and warm water before first use and after each subsequent use.

Avoid placing directly on the floor or tabletop during use. Place on a soft surface such as a blanket, bed, or sofa.

Do not drag the masturbator doll, as this may damage the surface skin or cause silicone deformation. Always cradle when moving.

When using a masturbation doll, it’s recommended to wear a condom. Beginners are advised against using the doll without one. Your bodily fluids left inside won’t wash out completely and will start to smell, with the odor permanently trapped in the canal. The smell then becomes impossible to remove. Therefore, lazy people should wear a condom when using a masturbation doll.

For condom-free use, opt for a masturbation cup instead. It allows for more thorough cleaning.

Use high-quality water-based or oil-based lubricants. Never use silicone-based lubricants, as they corrode silicone material.

Avoid scratching the doll’s skin with fingernails. Do not scrape the doll with sharp objects. Refrain from forcefully squeezing or damaging the skin, as this shortens its lifespan and compromises its appearance.

Cleaning

After each use, thoroughly clean the toy’s surface and internal channel to prevent bacterial and dust buildup, even mold growth.

Avoid contact with alcohol and corrosive liquids.

We recommend using clean water, silicone-specific cleaner and your fingers.

After cleaning, insert the diatomaceous earth stick inside the channel to absorb moisture inside the channel for about 3 minutes. Then remove the diatomaceous earth stick, wipe it clean, and let it air dry.

Finally, be sure to place the product in a well-ventilated area to dry completely.

Surface dust can be wiped off using clean water and a damp cloth.

If concerned about rusting metal skeleton, dry them immediately after rinsing.

Storage

With proper care, this product can be used long-term. Regular cleaning and maintenance are recommended.

To prevent silicone deformation from prolonged stretching, avoid storing the masturbator doll in other positions for extended periods. Store it in its standard factory pose (the shape it was molded into). It is generally a posture with limbs outstretched.

Ensure the product is completely dry before storage.

Silicone material naturally emits oils. Softer silicone contains higher oil content. After cleaning and drying, apply silicone maintenance powder or baby powder to the surface to absorb seeping oils. This significantly extends the product’s lifespan, preventing cracking and oil leakage.

We recommend using a storage container to prevent dust accumulation on the surface. Store in a zippered fabric pouch, fabric storage box, or wrapped in a clean, dry towel in a dry environment. The storage container material should be soft to avoid damaging the silicone surface.

Do not expose silicone products to direct sunlight for extended periods, as this causes silicone aging and reduces its lifespan.

Avoid prolonged pressure, as sustained compression may cause silicone deformation. If surface indentations occur, try covering the affected area with a hot towel soaked in warm water and applying gentle pressure for a short period.

Always store in a cool, shaded location. Keep in areas where the product is unlikely to be compressed and protected from liquid spills.

Silicone may adhere to other silicone products when placed in contact. Based on the principle of like dissolves like. It is recommended to place a thin film or other barrier material between silicone surfaces when not in use to prevent direct contact. Minimize prolonged close contact between silicone products, especially in high-temperature environments.
